Who can benefit from this discount drug card:
· Those with no prescription drug insurance
· Those who may have insurance but have limitations like high deductibles,
non-covered drugs, high copayments or caps on their benefits
· Seniors who fall into the donut hole of their Medicare Part D
· Employees who are in their waiting period for healthcare coverage
· Employees who cannot afford COBRA payments when they lose their job
· Employees who cannot afford to cover dependents
· Volunteers who don't get benefits
· Those who use enhancement medications which many plans now don't cover.

How to seek help from the Community Assistance Program:
1. Tell us how many prescription drug discount cards you can use, and we will mail 500 or less at no cost to you. We will gladly send you more than 500 but, just ask that you help us with postage costs.

2. Let us help you raise money for your organization. We have an excellent fund-raiser program that involves very little work for the organization in need of funding.
