Here we have happily answered some of your concerns we have received.

Data Recovery

If I have a Hard Drive that needs recovery do I have to remove it from the computer? - Not necessarily, If you have onsite service available we will remove it for you. Unfortunately, if you can't get onsite service then you have two options. One option is to shipping the whole computer tower or laptop to us but understandably it must be with return postage and insurance prepaid. Your other option is to remove the hard drive carefully, package it in a non eletrostatic plastic and styrofoam or shavings ship just the hard drive and we pay return postage within the U.S.A.

Payment

How can we pay for our data recovery? - You have these options:
You can pay fast and easy using Paypal - Click on the Paypal icon on the Contact Us tab on our Home page.  Pay by certified check.  Pay by bank check or money order.

Order can be delayed in shipping till checks clear.

Networking

We have an Ethernet network with many connection problems. The company who installed it is no longer in business. Will your company fix someone elses work? - Yes, As long as it was installed with standard Cat5 wire and proper connectors and color code. If improper wire or coding is found we will notify you and give you the option to replace or rewire the existing cable properly to ensure quality connections.
